"Men's Health" Ranks the Best (And Worst) Cities For Men

Men’s Health recently released its annual list of the best and worst cities for men in terms of health, fitness, and quality of life. How do you think your city performed?

To rank America’s cities, Men’s Health considered a long list of criteria including mortality rates for heart disease, homicide, HIV, accidents, and prostate cancer, as well as the average life expectancy of a man born in 1981, obesity, number of smokers, and more.

The results?

As with many of Men’s Health rankings, the results probably aren't what you expect. The best cities come from the East Coast, the West Coast, and just about every region in between.
