When one thinks of a romantic proposal, Pizza Hut doesn’t exactly come to mind. However, the folks at America’s largest pizza chain hope to change that with their “Tie the Knot with the $10 Dinner Box” promotion.
For $10,010 marriage-minded gents can purchase a proposal package that includes a red ruby ring, fireworks show, limo service, a photographer and videographer, flowers, and a $10 dinner box. The dinner box, for those not in the know, contains a medium rectangular pizza, five breadsticks with marina sauce, and 10 cinnamon sticks with icing. So basically, Pizza Hut is offering a premium proposal package with a $10 meal thrown in.
If you’re thinking of popping the question with Pizza Hut, you’d better act fast. The promotion is only available for purchase through Valentine’s Day and there are only ten packages available. According to the Huffington Post, the chain has so far received 800 “serious inquiries.”
